How To Actually Do It

1. 01
   Both partners kneel facing each other
   On the bed. Face to face. Knees about hip width or wider. Hold the position for 10 seconds without sex first. If your knees complain, either skip the position or put pillows under your knees.

   Receiver settles into givers lap
   Receiver moves their hips onto the givers thighs or sits on the givers lap depending on the geometry that fits. Penetration happens during this descent. Hands wrap around each other.
