DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

LustQuarters respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you are a copyright owner (or an agent thereof) and believe that material on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice using the procedure below.

Filing a DMCA notice

A valid DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to permit us to locate the material (the full URL of the page is preferred).
4. Contact information for the complaining party — name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material removed and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake; your contact information; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which you reside.

Repeat infringers

It is our policy to terminate accounts and remove content from repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
