The Lazy Sex Premise

Lazy sex is not bad sex. Lazy sex is just sex with the energy efficiency dialed all the way up.

A whole genre of sex content is built on the assumption that effort equals quality. Acrobatics. Standing. Carrying. Pinning. Whatever. The assumption is wrong. Lots of incredible sex happens when both partners are barely moving and yet are 100 percent into it. The trick is choosing positions that REWARD low effort instead of punishing it.

Embrace shorter sessions. Lazy sex does not have to be long sex. 10 minutes of low effort and high focus is better than 45 minutes of pretending you are not exhausted.

An accurate observation

Long term couples who are still genuinely connected have figured out lazy sex. They have positions that work when one of them is exhausted. They have a vibe that does not require either partner to bring 100 percent. They can have great Tuesday night sex. They can ALSO have great Saturday night marathon sex. The lazy version is what makes the marathon sustainable.
