What It Actually Is

Giver on back. Head and shoulders hanging off the edge of the bed. Receiver in cowgirl on top.

Bottom partner positions hips and legs on the bed but slides their head and shoulders off the edge so they are hanging upside down at the head. Top partner climbs into cowgirl. Penetration happens. The givers blood rushes to their head, creating altered sensation. The receiver gets a slightly different angle from regular cowgirl due to the givers position.
